Our teachers and staff are what make us unique. We are committed to diversity and push our community members to bring 100% of themselves to work. What makes them unique makes our community rich. We fundamentally believe that urban students benefit from interacting and learning from a diverse group of adults. In addition to benefiting students, we think that heterogeneous teams outperform homogeneous teams in complex and dynamic environments like schools.
